Reservation & Cancelation policy
Please read and understand our reservation and cancellation policy before making your reservation. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.
**Reservation Policy**
1.) After e-mail confirmation and receiving the voucher, your reservation is confirmed. 40% of the payment has to be made to confirm the reservation. The rest of the payment must be paid 3 days before arrival or in cash on arrival day.
**Cancellation Policy**
1.) Flexible Rate Reservations can be canceled up to 14 days before the scheduled check-in time without incurring any charges.
2.) Cancellation Requests: All cancellation requests must be made in writing via e-mail or by calling our reservation department during office hours. Please provide your reservation details for quicker processing.
3.) No-Show: If a guest does not arrive on the scheduled check-in date and has not canceled their reservation, they will be charged for the entire stay.
4.) Refunds: Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 7-14 business days and issued in the same form as the original payment. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
**Additional Terms and Conditions**
1.) Minimum Age: Guests must be at least 18 to make a reservation.
2.) Occupancy Limits: The number of guests in the accommodation must not exceed the maximum occupancy limit specified for each room.
3.) House Rules: Guests are expected to follow our house rules and guidelines, which will be provided upon check-in. Failure to comply may result in eviction without a refund.
4.) Changes to Reservation: Changes to reservation dates or other details are subject to availability and may result in rate adjustments.
5.) Due to state regulations, All guests must provide personal ID or PASSPORT information.
